As an inaugural member of The Nurses Magazine® International Advisory Council, I bring technology, strategy, and communications rather than clinical nursing — and that is exactly the complementary strength this global council needs. My purpose is to power the nursing profession with the latest technology that reduces burnout, eases nurses’ daily workload, and helps them work more effectively, so nursing is recognized as the top, respected profession it deserves to be.

I build the digital infrastructure that lets members focus purely on nursing and healthcare, while technology handles communication, coordination, and the tracking and comparison of our international impact — turning the Council’s vision into measurable results.

I help fulfill The Nurses Magazine®’s mission to connect nurses worldwide by linking nurse leaders across regions. By connecting nurses and students to the top nurse leaders within The Nurses Magazine®, we create a two-way benefit: uplifting an underserved community while growing our global membership.

Having been part of The Nurses Magazine® since its very beginning and trusted by leadership, I understand how this organization runs and how to make the Council operate effectively — with clear systems, strong branding, and reliable execution. I am fully committed to the quarterly meetings and to serving as a global ambassador for The Nurses Magazine®. Together, we will make the Council’s ideas travel further, faster, and to more nurses than ever before.
