The Royal Court serves as the official ceremonial ambassadors of The Nurses Magazine®, representing the organization with professionalism, hospitality, elegance, and excellence throughout all symposium events — from the Awards Gala to Nurses Got Talent™ to the Nurses Brunch.
The Nurses Magazine® Awards Gala
- Welcome distinguished guests, speakers, sponsors, and award recipients
- Escort presenters and honorees during the awards ceremony
- Assist with stage transitions and presentations
Nurses Got Talent™
- Welcome contestants and guests
- Escort performers and judges
- Assist with event logistics and guest hospitality
Nurses Brunch
- Greet attendees and VIP guests
- Assist with seating and hospitality
- Support award presentations and photo opportunities
Throughout the Symposium
- Represent The Nurses Magazine® during official ceremonies
- Participate in media interviews, photography, and promotional activities
- Serve as ambassadors for sponsors and partners
- Assist with registration and guest services
Eligibility & Preferred Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Have outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
- Be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Attend the required orientation and rehearsal
- Be available for all official symposium events, October 22–24, 2026
- Represent The Nurses Magazine® with integrity, respect, and professionalism
