Dr. Donel J. Richemond
President, Publisher & FounderA healthcare leader and educator with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Richemond founded The Nurses Magazine to spotlight nurses as changemakers in healthcare and beyond. He also leads Trinity Global Institute and Glory Healthcare Staffing. His mission is grounded in faith, service, and innovation — ensuring nurses are seen, heard, and celebrated at every level of their profession.

Co-FounderA compassionate physician and leader with deep clinical roots, Dr. Charlot brings a physician's perspective and a profound passion for community health to The Nurses Magazine. His leadership ensures that TNM reflects a commitment to clinical excellence and professional advancement throughout the healthcare community.

Dr. Marie O. Etienne
Editor-in-Chief & Chief Operating OfficerA tenured Professor of Nursing at Miami Dade College since 1997, Dr. Etienne's clinical and academic expertise spans pediatrics, geriatrics, family practice, community health, leadership, and online RN-BSN curriculum development. A DNP-prepared nurse leader and the first minority President of the Florida Nurses Association, she is a nationally honored advocate recognized for her leadership in HANA, NBNA, and global humanitarian work.

Mehrab Hossain
IT DirectorMehrab Hossain leads the technology vision of The Nurses Magazine®, building the digital infrastructure that carries the magazine's mission across borders. He is developing TNM's next-generation digital platform and integrating a custom AI system designed to reduce administrative burden, strengthen operations, and expand the magazine's global reach.
